Sarah Alfano, ABOC
​​
Ten years ago, Sarah Alfano moved to the Granite state to begin her optical career. Today, she works an office manager supporting associates at Visionworks, as well as the Optometric Providers of New Hampshire.
Sarah has been ABO certified since May 2017.
Sarah is passionate about training and development of those who work to serve the optical needs of those that live in the greater Concord area.
When Sarah is not engaged in all things ophthalmic, she is enjoying time with her son and husband in Goffstown, New Hampshire.

Annika Cozad, ABOC
​​
Annika began her career in 1992 in Germany, where she completed a 3 year apprenticeship to become an optician. Since then she has worked in several different practice settings, from big box store to large ophthalmology practice.
Annika is truly passionate about the optical industry and enjoys building a trusting relationship with her patients.
She proudly owns Eyefix Family Optical in Concord, NH.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 sons, her husband and her furbabies.

Jackie Garrow, ABOC
​
Jackie Garrow is a ABO certified optician who began her career in 2004 in a retail box store and found true passion for the field. Jackie now works at Reed Optical where she is lead optician. Jackie continues to grow her knowledge in the field and help newer opticians learn the trade.
Jackie spends her free time with her 3 sons and 2 dogs as well as her fitness goals.

Beth Sargent, ABOC-AC/NCLE

Beth began her optical career in 2002 and has spent the last 23 years head over heels in love with all things optical. Beth has worked as a frame rep, a lab rep, a dispensing Optician, and is now a technical training manager for HOYA Vision. She has previously served on the NHOS board as both President and Treasurer.
Beth is a proud wife and mother of two. When she is not working, Beth loves to read, spend time outdoors with her dogs, and be with her family.

Jamie Brien, LDO

"I have been in the patient and customer support industry for 34 years, dedicating the last nearly 19 as an Optician in the State of New Hampshire.
I began my Optics career as a part time apprentice Optician. As my career progressed through levels of growth, knowledge, education, and experience, I found myself managing 17 offices in 6 states. Today I am happily grounded in one office, executing my passions of positive patient experiences and education for patients and practitioners alike.
I am a Mom to 4 adult children and one nearly teenager.
My hobbies include spending time with my family, friends, and pets . Watching sports. Reading. And anything that involves the beach.
My favorite places to be are Wallace Sands State Park, NH and the Outer Banks, NC"
